A New Approach

A Collaborative One-Stop Approach to Your Care

We are leaders in using a multi-disciplinary approach tailored to the health care needs of women. Our team of advanced practice nurses, primary care, and specialty physicians work together to provide comprehensive care, with access to the latest breakthroughs in therapy and treatment, to meet the needs of women of all ages. We provide a range of services from preventive screening, health and wellness education to menopause, gynecologic cancer and chronic disease management. Women and their families are involved in developing an individualized plan of care.

The Women's Health Center offers easy accessibility to other women's health services such as the University of Minnesota Medical Center Breast Centers, women's heart services, genetic counseling services, University Specialists in Women’s Health and the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Centers. Pregnant women receiving care at the Women's Health Center deliver at The Birthplace at Universitiy of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview. The Birthplace offers a full range of low and high-risk care as well as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
